We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on every order.

HOW IT WORKS

If Ondelle isn’t right for you, contact us within 30 days of your order being delivered and we’ll refund what you paid.

You do not need to finish the bottle, explain your reasoning, or return the product unless we specifically ask you to.

Refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Most banks process refunds within 5–10 business days after we issue them, although exact timing depends on your bank or card provider.

BUNDLES AND THE FREE BRUSH

If you purchased the 3-bottle bundle, the included Contour Face Brush is yours to keep.

We will not deduct the value of the brush from your refund and we will not require you to return it.

ORDERS THAT HAVEN’T ARRIVED

Please allow the full delivery window listed in our Shipping Policy before treating an order as lost.

If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or the full delivery window has passed and your order still has not arrived, contact us with your order number.

We will work with you to either resend the order or issue a refund.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and a photo of the issue.

We will either replace the affected item or issue a refund.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders are sent to our fulfillment partner quickly.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.

If the order has not yet been processed for shipment, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

If it has already shipped, the 30-day money-back guarantee above will apply.
