Shipping policy

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship within the United States only.

SHIPPING COST

Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders.

DELIVERY TIME

Orders are typically passed to our fulfillment partner within 1–2 business days.

After processing, delivery generally takes approximately 7–12 business days.

Because some products are shipped from an overseas fulfillment facility, delivery may take longer than a domestic warehouse shipment.

We would rather provide a realistic delivery estimate before you order than surprise you afterward.

TRACKING

You will receive tracking information by email once your order has been prepared for shipment.

Tracking information can take a few days to begin updating after the shipping label is created.

BUNDLE ORDERS MAY ARRIVE SEPARATELY

If you purchase the 3-bottle bundle with the included Contour Face Brush, the brush may ship from a different facility than the drops.

Because of this, the items may arrive in separate packages and a few days apart.

This does not mean an item is missing.

DELAYS OR MISSING ORDERS

If your tracking has not updated for 10 business days, or the full delivery window has passed and your order has not arrived, contact us with your order number.

We will help resolve the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing checkout.

Once an order has been sent to fulfillment, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

If an incorrect address causes a package to be returned or lost, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
